How to cook scrambled eggs

Scrambled eggs. Easy suff right? I’ve lived my life with a general notion of how to cook scrambled eggs; I was never good at making them, and never sought to improve. I was however, aware of what good eggs tasted like, but it had never occured to me that I could be the maker of those eggs. Until now!

Intention is a powerful ally. With it, you can improve at any skill, no matter how difficult you may think it is. That might sound corny, but the small amount of effort I was willing to put in on my part, made me go from cooking the most mediocre eggs, to making eggs I would be proud of serving to others.

Here is my final recipe:

  • Prepare eggs in a bowl, stir, but don’t wisk
  • Heat pan under medium-high heat
  • Throw on large chunk of butter and spread until melted
  • Add eggs to pan and continue to stir
  • Wait until eggs are almost done, and turn off (eggs are suceptible to carryover cooking which is when a food continues to cook even after being removed from a heat source)

And now, you have finished reading a note on cooking eggs.
